The word "miscellaneous" should not imply that this section is less important. At present, the following topics are included in this area and suggestions for amendment are very welcome:

2. The Rights of Women and Islamic Law

3. Human Rights and Islamic Law Download article (276KB winrar file).

4. The Environment and Islamic Law

5. WTO and Islamic Law

6. International Criminal Law and Islamic Law

 

Most of these topics can easily be included in the section on Islam and International law, but we have kept them separate because of their significance.
